THE RULES OF COMPLETING MISSING DOCUMENTS IN PENDING PROCEEDINGS ON GRANTING A PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT OR THE RESIDENCE PERMIT OF A LONG-TERM EU RESIDENT

The new rules of completing missing documents in the cases on granting a permanent residence permit or the residence permit of a long-term EU resident  for applications  submitted at the  point at ul. Krucza 5/11. *

Documents in the pending proceedings ought to be completed  in accordance with the contents of the requests received from the Office, under the rules and within the terms given in them.  We ask for reading the letters received from the Office  carefully

WE ASK FOR NOT DIRECTING POSTAL CORRESPONDENCE TO THE ADDRESS OF THE POINT AT UL. KRUCZA! Letters with additional  documents ought to be sent to the registered office of  the Department at ul. Marszałkowska 3/5; 

 

COMPLETING  FORMAL DEFICIENCIES  OF AN  APPLICATION

 

  • In case of submitting an incomplete application including formal deficiencies (e.g. a photocopy of a passport with an original for inspection, filling out the application in the indicated parts, appearing in person) during an appointment at the point at ul. Krucza 5/11,  a request for completing them is handed in to a foreigner.  

Formal deficiencies ought to be completed in accordance with the request received within the term of 7 days at the point at ul. Krucza 5/11 only, showing the letter received.  

In the case of not completing all the required documents within the indicated term or completing them improperly, the application may be left without processing.*

There is no possibility of completing formal deficiencies  for applications submitted at the point at ul. Krucza, collecting a ticket with the letter  “C” in the registered office of WSC at ul. Marszałkowska 3/5.

 

COMPLETING  SUBSTANTIVE DEFICIENCIES  OF AN  APPLICATION

 

  • In case of submitting an application containing substantive deficiencies (e.g. a birth certificate, documents confirming the Polish origin)  during an appointment at the point at ul. Krucza 5/11, a request for completing them is handed in to a foreigner. 

Substantive deficiencies ought to be completed in accordance with the request received within the term indicated at ul. Krucza 5/11 only, showing the letter received.

The copies of documents can be confirmed to comply with the original exclusively during submitting documents within the indicated term.  

In the case of not completing all the required documents within the indicated term or completing them improperly, a decision is issued on the basis of the documents submitted earlier.

 

COMPLETING  DOCUMENTS IN THE COURSE OF PROCEEDINGS

 

  • In the course of proceedings regarding the case of issuing a residence permit, the Office can request a Foreigner to supplement additional documents necessary for confirming the circumstances indicated in the application.

Documents ought to be submitted within the term and under the rules indicated in the letter.  In the case of not submitting the required documents, a decision will be issued  on the basis of the evidence  material collected in the case.  

 

  • Additional documents without requesting (e.g. information on the change of the  correspondence address) can be filed through the Registry Office of the Department  at ul. Marszałkowska 3/5 in Warsaw (the ground floor, desk 8, after collecting a ticket with the letter ”A”), sent by post or through the Customer Service Point of the Mazowiecki Urząd Wojewódzki in Warsaw, Pl. Bankowy 3/5, entrance F from Al. Solidarności.

Completing documents in the cases on granting a permanent residence permit and a residence permit for a long-term EU resident  for the applications submitted during an appointment BEFORE 20 March 2019 in Warsaw or in Radom or without making an appointment by post or through the  Registry Office  takes place under the current rules: Click.

 

WE REMIND YOU THAT SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION WITHOUTAN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE REGISTRY OFFICE OR BY POST EXTENDS THE PERIOD OF PROCEEDINGS AND WAITING FOR ISSUING A DECISION SIGNIFICANTLY!

REMEMBER!
 

  • In administrative proceedings, a copy of a document does not constitute evidence, one ought to present the originals of documents or copies notarized to be compliant with the original. Documents in a foreign language ought to be submitted with their translation into the Polish language  made by a Polish sworn  translator.
  • The copies of documents submitted can be certified to be compliant with the original by the Office’s employee during an appointment exclusively.
